I Wonder...

I wonder...how many days in a row I get featured on Stamper's Showcase this time...I need to break my record of five days in a row SO...I am shooting for SIX...

We will see if that actually happens!?!?

This is the card that was posted today...One I made and sent in in July...I LOVE these birds they just make me smile...

BUT...I know ya'll aren't poppin in here at my corner of the internet to see OLD stuff...ya'll want to see ALL NEW cards, scrapbook pages and 3-D items...so here goes...

This is a card that I made for the Display Boards using A Beautiful Thing stamp set. I had a really hard time with this set at first, but as I used it the easier it got...I used the Cutie Pie DS Papers, Taffeta Ribbon, and some Hodgepodge Hardware tied with Ribbon Origionals to accent.

I even used the Three For You Punch to punch out the flowers...You can only punch out the flowers one at a time and you waste some, the punch only has three flowers and they are spaced a bit farther apart than the stamp in this set, but it was MUCH quicker than cutting out each flower so I just stamped twice as many as I needed and punched them...I even stamped the envelopes for ALL the cards I sent it. At Convention they had them on the boards with the cards, but at Leadership they weren't there...so those of you who were at Leadership, at least you will get to see something new everyday also...the envelopes...

Okay...Here we go again...

YEP...Stamper's Showcase has done it again...they have put up one of my cards...SO...I know ya'll are anxious to see the stuff that I made for Leadership so I will get this out of the way...Here is the card SU! posted today...

I would also like to thank EVERYONE who came up to me at Leadership and introduced themselves to me...I was very excited to learn that the hits on my blog counter are not ALL mine and that people do actually read what I type out and stop in here at my little spot on the Internet to see what I have posted...

My husband has a routine when the phone rings, cause it's NEVER for him...if he happens to answer and it's for me, he brings me the phone and says,"It's your fan club"...Let me tell you...while at Leadership it really DID feel like I had a fan club...Like I was a STAR...I was being posted daily on Stamper's Showcase...I had people...other demonstrators...taking photos of the cards and scrapbook pages that I had designed for the Display Boards...I could sit back like a fly on the wall and listen to their HONEST opinions on what they thought...and then I had others come up to me and ask if I was Twila and let me know that they read my blog and congratulate me on being on Stamper's Showcase so many times this year already...I'm telling you I was on a HIGH and still am...I really do feel like a STAR...Okay I know, I know enough babbling...You come here to see the things I post not to really read all the dribble that I type out...
SO...here is a scrapbook page that I made for the Display Boards that you HAVEN'T seen. It was one that I REALLY liked and I was a bit surprised that it wasn't up on the boards...This is my youngest daughter Colleen...I used the Perfect Timing stamp set and a photo of her Quirky new glasses that fit her personality SO WELL...I even used the craft ink and changed the color of our Jumbo Eyelets to fit the color scheme on this page. I know that the Petals and Paisley DS Paper is now retired, but I didn't know at the time what was being retired and what was rolling into the new catalog. Isn't she CUTE!

Check back tomorrow for more from the Leadership Display Board Box...

Stamper's Showcase Again....

31st, 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, and NOW...again on the 13th...so I didn't make SIX days in a row, but here it is another card on Stamper's Showcase...

The funny thing is the cards that have been posted recently are ones that I sent in for the contests last month - December...and this one...well I had to Go WAY BACK...all the way back to July...this is the card that I made to swap at Convention...so this one is OVER six months old...so you NEVER know when your cards will be posted...but check back here tomorrow as I will be starting to post NEW samples...yep...the samples that I made for the Leadership Display Boards...so hopefully I will be chattin' at you tomorrow...

FIVE DAYS IN A ROW...

On SU!'s Stamper's Showcase. I think I have set a record...I am very surprised and excited that they have posted so many of my cards in the last five days...it's been very exciting becoming the name you know...

Here is the card that was posted this morning...it is the very first card I made with the A Little Birdie told me stamp set...I really LOVE that set...I am a fan of all the little words...

Well...just a short post this morning, as I am off to Leadership in Palm Springs...check back as I may make make Stamper's Showcase again tomorrow...I need to go and play the lotto....

Wednesday, January 9, 2008

Okay...I think that's the last of them...

My card was posted on Stamper's Showcase again today, but I think it is the last of them that I sent in last month...so it may be a while before you see my name in print again...Here is the card for today...

After a review of the cards I have scanned to my computer that I sent to SU! last month...they still have a few to show you, so maybe I will keep seeing my name everyday...until they are done...here's hoping for another card tomorrow...

Tuesday, January 8, 2008

Twila Mooneyham...the name you know...

Soon...Twila Mooneyham will be a household name...the name you know...I guess the team or person that posts the cards on SU!'s Stamper's Showcase really likes typing my name out day after day...YEP...I am there AGAIN...Here is the card that was posted today...

They have ALMOST run out of cards that I sent in last month, so I guess it's time to send in a whole new batch...but, I guess it will have to wait until after Leadership...as I am SO busy getting ready for that. I am still working on my swaps that I decided to do...At the LAST minute of course! But, I am almost finished...I will hopefully finish them tomorrow at lunchtime, so that when I get home I can finfish packing and be all ready to leave bright and early on Thurday morning...Enjoy the card...and I hope to have more to show you soon...Make sure and check back as I will be starting to post the samples I made for the Leadership Display Boards...

Stamper's Showcase...AGAIN!!

Well...I am pretty pleased with myself this last week. I have had FOUR...Yep FOUR cards pop up on Stampin' up!'s Stamper's Showcase...again, just wish they had won the contest that I had sent them in for...oh well, maybe next time...I have already posted the one from Dec 31st...Anyway here is a recap of the cards that have been posted since Jan 1st...

So...in one week...Four cards...now I just need to keep crankin' them out and sending them in...Hopefully I will have more time to stamp for myself after I get back from Leadership...Yep...I am headed to palm Springs on Thursday morning...I need to see all the things that I created on Display...so I decided to attend...I can't wait...is it Thursday yet???

Stamper's Showcase Again...

Yep...I made stamper's showcase again...Here is the CUTE card...

I did this card for a swap a couple of months ago...using the Pretties Kit...I thought that it turned out so cute...I was just a bit sad when I was done as I had used ALL of the Stick Pins from my kit, but I can't justify buying another Kit yet as I have so much of the rest of the stuff left...Anyone have a source for just the pins???

The folder is actually held closed by the Stick Pin...I used the Word Window punch and then stamped the words...then I used my Hobby Blade to make slots for the Pin to go through...

Well...hopefully now that the holidays are over I can get back to stamping...so stay tuned and keep checking back...you never know when I may post again...

December 19th...

It's been almost a week, but things have been HECTIC... I have been trying to get everything done for Christmas...finishing up my Christmas cards and getting them out...the ones that needed to go to other states went out last week and the local ones...well, I tried to get those out yesterday, but the Post Office branch I normally use closes at 3:00pm and I got there at 3:08...so they will be going out
today, but here are some photos...

I am still anxiously awaiting on my NEW SU! catalog to arrive...my friend Elaine received hers yesterday...she lives TWO minutes away, and I didn't get mine, anyway...she got hers yesterday, so I showed up at her door last night after dinner and said HAND-IT-OVER...you've been looking at it for an hour now...she said that she was waiting for me and hadn't even opened the package yet...WHAT...HAVEN"T OPENED THE PACKAGE YET!!! I couldn't believe it...patience of a SAINT...I ripped that plastic and stared at it in all it's Groovy Guava glory! so pretty...they I dove right in and looked through it about 20 times...GOTTA have THAT...that's CUTE...NEED THAT!!! Then it was time to go, I had stuff to do and I needed to make sure that the kids get to be at a DECENT hour...so I started getting ready to go...looking LOVINGLY at the catalog, and sighing because I didn't have mine...then she said that I could take it home...i said NO WAY...you are going to want to look at it some more...she said go ahead and take it...so I brought it home...She is my NEW BESTEST FRIEND...I am taking it back to her this morning, but OF COURSE I looked through it MANY...MANY...MANY times last night and I have made my wish list...Can't wait to place my first order...I will probably wait until AFTER Leadership to see what FAB things they are going to show us...that I am gonna HAVE to have, but until then I will be satisfied with the FREE stamps that I already have from the new catalog and just use those to get me through...well...I am off to work and to return the catalog to it's rightful owner...I am really hoping that mine will be here today...

Dec 13th...Ornaments...

Todays post is VERY long, but it is ALL photos so make sure you scroll down to see them all. I made a set of tag ornaments for our Ornament Exchange at work...of course I had to make a set for myself so I made two of everything...

Here is the gift / storage box. Made the box to fit the ornaments you can use it for storage after you open it as you can just slide the ribbon off the edge...

Here is the box open with the ornament tags inside.

Here is the first of the ornament tags...I used the Punch pals snowman with a bit of the Dashing DS Paper...LOVE that paper...and a few buttons, and ribbon to finish it off...

On the second tag I used the Baby Jesus is Born stamp set and I kept it very simple...didn't even color the image in, but I did use jore Dashing DS Paper to coordinate it with the project. I also used Crystal Effect and Microbeads around the opening to make it more special and then finished it off with ribbon.

On the third ornament tag I made a pocket with theDashing DS Papers and used the stamp from Punch Pals and my scallop punch. I added some bling with the Rhinestone Brads from the Pretties Kit and edged the pocket with a scalloped edge using the slit punch. Finished off the tag with yes...more ribbon...

On the fourth tag I used the Penguin from the Punch Pals stamp set...he is such a UTE little guy...and I just have him standing on top of the Merry Christmas saying. Used the Dashing DS Papers for coordination and added some half-pearls from the Pretties kit to make it a bit more special.

On the fifth day of Christmas...oh sorry...I got a bit distracted with the numbers and that song just came spliing out of my finger tips...on the fifth tag I used the Dashing DS Paper for coordination and I wanted more BLING and SPARKLE...so I used decorated a chipboard star with Gold Encore ink and then sprinkled it with Heat & Stick powder and added Dazzling Diamonds glitter...then I added the smaller red chipboard stars and the saying. Finished it off with ribbon...

On the last tag I used the tree from the Punch Pals stamp set and of course the Dashing DS Papers...Have I said that I LOVE these papers...added red brads to the tree and microbeads adheared with Sticky Strip and finished off with ribbon...

Well...I hope you enjoyed viewing the ornament tags as much as I enjoyed making them. The lady at work who received them was very excited and couldn't believe that they were hand-made including the box...I got a lot of eeewwwws and aaahhhsss...which is what I am ALWAYS after...

Well...I have been hard at work on Christmas projects, and this is my last card from the weekend using stamps from the Spring / Summer Collection.

Be sure to check back tomorrow I did a project for an ornament exchange at work and of course I made a set for myself...It took me HOURS, but it was worth it...TOO CUTE...

I am also STILL...yes...STILL working on my Christmas cards. The first round to family and friends that live out of state went postal on Monday. Now...I am working on getting the cards for my friends and my customers here in California done so they can be in the mail on Monday...once they are ALL mailed...I will be showing them off!

December 11th...PUBLISHED!!!

I had a New Year's Resolution last year...Send things into SU! for ALL Contest and subit things to magazines for publication...WELL FOLKS...it's been a GREAT year for me!

I was chosen to be a Display Stamper for Convention, I WON one of the contests in Aug. I was chosen to be a Display Stamper for Leadership...and then...yesterday...I found out from a friend that I had been PUBLISHED!!! I was like SHUT UP! No way...but YES WAY!!! I have officially been published in a NATIONAL magazine. Wanna know which one? Here it is...

YEP...I was published! I still can't get over it. I was shocked to learn that I have not only one...not two...but FOUR cards published in the Stamper's Sampler's Take Ten, Winter 2008 issue...here are the pages if you want to take a gander at which cards were published...Pg. 9, Pg. 73, Pg. 92, and Pg. 116. SO...I guess that my New Years Resolution was fulfilled this year...now onto next years...

Thanks, for sorting through me gushing over being published...I just love saying that...I was published...okay...got a bit distracted again...Here is a card I made over the weekend while taking breaks from the Christmas cards...some of the Christmas Cards went postal yesterday so I will be able to share them with you soon. I am hoping to have them ALL done and in the mail by Monday. Okay here is...PUBLISHED...still can't get over it...okay...here is the card that I wanted to show you...

YES...it's another card made with A Little Bird Told Me...this is just TOO cute of a set. I used the Groovy Guave cardstock for the base and some of the new Bali Breeze DS Papers, a few brads and a bit of ribbon...Viola...Gorgeous card...if I do say so myself!

I am really excited to see what sets are going to be in the new catalog in Jan. Hopefully mine will be shipping and arriving before the end of the month, guess I need to place that order so that can happen...I hopefully will have time to DROOL over the pages before I go back to work after Christmas / New Years.

Dec 10th...It's Monday...

WWWAAAAHHHH!!! I gotta go back to work, when all I really want to do it sit at home and play with ALL of my stuff old and new. Oh well...gotta support my habit somehow...Here is another card that I made this weekend...using the Happy Heart Day stamp set...I love the little mouse almost as much as the elephant and the little birdies...isn't he handsome? I wanted to use some colors that wren't so Valentineiny...is that a word? So I choose the Pumpkin Pie Print from the new DS Papers Bali Breeze and left my heart white instead of red. Since blue is a complementary color to orange and I had just gotten the Brocade Blue wide gingham ribbon I also wanted to use that...the card base is Basic Gray...can you tell that I am really loving that color as a neutral...well...hope you like my card and it makes you want to keep checking back...there will be more tomorrow...

December 9th...LOVIN' this stamp set...

A Little Birdie Told Me is becoming my favorite stamp set. I am really LOVIN' IT!! I am working furiously on my Christmas cards and hope to have the first batch out tomorrow...but, I have to take a breaks to relax...deadlines are stressful, even if they are ones I set for myself and I know that those can be flexible. So, to relax...I stamp...this is just one of the cards that I stamped yesterday evening. I made a few different cards but as I am going to be really busy this week...I am going to show them to you one at a time and stretch them out. Here is the first one...

Like I said in the beginning...I am REALLY liking this stamp set and find myself wanting to use it over and over...just like right now. I am on a break from my Christmas cards and I am going to go and stamp...and I think I will make another adorable card using this cute set and some more of the new Designer Series Papers...I will be back tomorrow with more...so please check back...also I would like to know what you think and if there is anything specific you have questions about that I could answer for you...just please leave me a comment...

December 8th...

I was so upset when I got home at 6:00 last night to find that UPS had not been here... I mean, come on, they had ALL day to deliver my new stamps before I got home from work so that I could play as soon as I walked in the door, after I said hi to everyone, cooked dinner and ate, then I was gonna have to put all the stamps together...well, maybe not AS SOON AS I walked in the door, but I was excited to see my pretty new stamps and paper...well...I got home and NOTHING...I was upset...ran to the computer and checked, maybe they got delivered to the neighbers and I would have to scour the neighborhood to find my new rubber, but NO the site still said OUT FOR DELIVERY...so I still had hope...I hoped that my UPS guy didn't forget about me and go back the the hub with my stuff cause it was so late, and I hoped that it would be delivered SOON...

Well...about 45 minutes later...DING DONG...the doorbell...you should have seen me push the kids out of the way as I ran to the door...I just KNEW it was my goodies...FLUNG open the door and there...at my feet...was a box from Stampin' up! I GOT SO EXCITED...I grabbed it and pushed my way inside, cause by this time the kids were huddled around me at the door trying to figure out WHY I was so excited...I opened my box and fell in LOVE with all my new stuff...got my stamps put together and started playing...
Want to see what I made? Well, of course you do that is why you are visiting my blog...

Here is the first card I made. I was really excited to see this set in the Preview Brochure. I LOVE the little birds and ALL of the different sayings that come with it...

I also LOVE the new DS Paper Bali Breeze...the colors are my kind of colors...Bold Jewel colors that I like to play with...

I am VERY sad that SU! is retiring the Linen background stamp and that I really can't use it anymore, but the Sanded background stamp is becoming my new favorite. Sometimes...well, most of the time...I don't like a heavy background...just a bit of texture and Linen did that, the Sanded backround is a little heavier than I like, but it does the job...so what do you think...what did the little birdie tell you?

I had to spread the love between the sets that I ordered...So, here is the second card I made...I used the Happy Heart Day stamp set...

I couldn't wait for Jan to order the bundle, so I went ahead and ordered the set...I already ahd cello bags, and BOTH of the ribbons, so I didn't feel TOO bad...and I LOVE the elephant stamp...TOO CUTE!!! So of course that was the one that I had to use FIRST. This card is pretty simple as cards go, but I did use a new technique that I discovered over the summer...
I stamped on the dark cardstock and colored the butterfly with the white gel pen. Once it is dry you can color over the white with your markers and you have light color on dark cardstock...here is a close up...The colors aren't as prety in the photo as in real life, but you can see the pink and green tint to the butterfly...
Hope you enjoyed my stamping creations...please leave a comment and let me know what you think...and come back to visit me again...

December 7th...

Here is another card using A Beautiful Thing...I am anxiously waiting on my stuff from the Preview brochure that I ordered on Monday to arrive. I can't wait to play with new stamps. I've had A Beautiful thing for a couple of months now and since I HAD to use it for the Display samples I am kinda burnt out on it...don't get me wrong it makes some CUTE cards but I need new stamps...so my stuff arrives today...I will have to whip something together tonight when I get home...Can't wait to play with my new stuff!

Just in case you are wondering...I used the Three for You Punch to punch out the flowers in this set. You can't punch out all four, cause the punch only has three flowers and the flowers are a bit closer together in this set, BUT you can punch out every other one...one at a time, but it is WAY easier than cutting them out by hand...Just thought you might like to know...

I made Stamper's Showcase again this morning...

YEAH...Here is the card that I had posted a while back for my Christmas Card Class. Of course I had to send it to SU! you never know when one of your creations might win you some FREE rubber...so I always make a least TWO of every card so that I can send one in for the contests even if it is just for the WOW! Art File...okay...Drumroll...here it is, again...

I really LOVE the versitility of this set...so many stamps that work together or seperately in so many ways for so many different looks. This was the stamp set that I pretty much used for ALL of my Christmas classes and workshops...TOO CUTE!!

December 6th...

Here is another sample with the NEW stamp set A Beautiful Thing...I have been busy creating samples with this set, so keep checking back you never know when more will pop up...

You Make My Life A Beautiful Thing...

I LOVE the saying that comes in the stamp set A Beautiful Thing...it can be used for so many occasions...

I couldn't resist being the first to post a card from the Preview Brochure on Splitcoast. OF COURSE, I also wanted to post it here too! Here is the one of the cards I've created this week...now that the pressure is off and I am done with the Leadership Display samples. Keep checking back everyday as I have more cards that I have made that I need to show you...

Dec 5th...

Ahoy there...MATEY...

I made some Birthday Party invites for my friends son...they turned out so cute! She was talking yesterday about going and buying his invitations and I asked her if she wanted me to make some...see...I had some virgin rubber laying around that had never seen ink...and I wanted an excuse to play last night rather than working on finishing my Christmas cards which is what I really should have been doing...Oh well...They will get done eventually...hopefully this weekend. I would LOVE to get them in the mail on Monday...

Okay back to my invites...

TOO CUTE...Huh!!! Well...make sure that you check back tomorrow...I will have some samples to show you from the Spring/Summer Collection...

Monday, December 3, 2007

A while back I posted a photo of my older daughter Kaitlyn with her new glasses and her same old attitude...well, here is my younger daughter Colleen...she is so cute in glasses that match her personality...I think she is a bit QUIRKY and so are her glasses...

I am excited to show them to you... so check back starting Thursday morning for a cards made with stamps from the Stampin' Up! "Spring/Summer" Collection...they are TOO CUTE!!!

Well...it's not really for me, but I made one for myself too...It is a photo holder, but I am using it to hold a Gift Card Holder that I made...It turned out really cute, and I can't wait to stamp some more...it is really hard to stamp on someone else's timeframe...gotta do it though cause you know I love me some FREE STAMPS! Enjoy and expect more posts real soon...I do need to work on MY christmas cards...they need to go out with-in the next two weeks so that is my project...and of course as soon as they go postal then I will let you see them here...

October 30th...

Made Stamper's Showcase again yesterday...It's really nice when you see your card pop up somewhere unexpected...Here is the card that they showcased...

It is a tent topper card...The chipboard flower sticks up over the top of the card. The card size is still 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 to fit into a standard size envelope. TOO CUTE!

October 23rd...

Well, I am done posting the cards from my Christmas Card class, so I thought that I would show you a card that I made for a swap I had joined. I joined a Pretties Swap and let me tell you that was hard to do. I really wanted to hoard those pretties and I even used my favorite of the Pretties Kit the hatpins and beads...So here is the card that I designed. The ones I mass produced for the swap were a bit different as they didn't have the second tab under the hatpin, but other than that they looked the same...I think they turned out REALLY cute and I can't wait to get the swap back to see what others did with their Pretties Kit...

October 19th...I made it again...

I made Stamper's Showcase again...here is that card that popped up there today.

Again, I didn't win the contest that I sent it in for, BUT I did get FREE RUBBER this week. I can't tell you what I received, but I am excited to be making samples for the Display Boards at Leadership in Palm Springs...now just to decide...do I go, or save my money and have more to spend at Convention...'cause I KNOW I am going to that! So what do you think? Help me decide...

Here is another card that I made recently. I made it for a gourmet basket fundraiser for work. I actually made 10 of them...I think that the chef turned out really cute...took a bit of watercoloring, but I like how it looked in the end. I really like the new Basic Gray cardstock...I think I will have to start using it more often...

Here is another card that we will be making for my Christmas Card Class on Nov 3rd...so if you are in Northern California and would like to attend, please let me know so I can send you the details of the class.

Enjoy...I will have one more card from this class to show ya'll tomorrow, so check back...

October 15th...After a BUSY weekend...

So, after a BUSY weekend, with not a whole lot of stamping getting done...just a bit...I had quite a few things to take care of this weekend, and I am happy to say that I got everything accomplished that was on my list except ONE thing...I had planned on taking some snapshots of the kids to get ready for creating things in a whirl-wind next month for Leadership, but that is the one thing that didn't happen...

I took the kids to the eye doc...they ALL need glasses...Reilly and Kaitlyn need reading glasses and Colleen will need to wear them all the time...So we had a good time picking out frames...they are ordered and should be here next week...more photos to take...

Then I went grocery shopping...That is an adventure unto itself...but at least I had my trusty clipboard with my list. I get looks quite often because of my LONG list at the grocery store, but I hate getting home and realizing that I am missing that ONE ingredient for whatever it is that I want to make. I am definately a list girl...I make out a menu for two to three weeks depending on Kirk's paydays, and then check off the items on that menu that we already have...then I make my list...and it is USUALLY really, Really, REALLY LONG! I have a kids that eat like horses...seriously I really don't know where they put it all...and there are usually friends eating over 2-3 nights a week...more teenagers...who again eat like horses...

Once these kids are grown and gone, I know that I will loose my chore workforce, but I figure what money I save in groceries that I can hire a maid...Can't wait for that...I will get the cleaning done and taken care of with out yelling, hollering, or having to remind them to do this or that...it will just get done...Looking forward to that!

Oh, what else did I do this weekend...Designed cards for a workshop...Held a workshop...Cleaned the house as the workshop that was held was here...I think that I need to do functions here more often, as my house would stay cleaner...

Then last night I made a couple of cards for Boss's Day...I will need those tomorrow as we are having a PotLuck at work for our boss's...They turned out really cute and I will show them to you later in the week...

Well I guess that I should get on with what you came here to see...I know that you didn't come here to reall ALL about my weekend, but hopefully you put up with that part of my blog . I know what you come to see though...All the PURTY CARDS that I make...So here is another card from my Christmas card class...

Okay, I am off to finish getting ready for work...check back tomorrow for another card...

Friday, October 12, 2007

October 12th...It's FRIDAY!!!

YEAH!!!...It's Friday, and tonight I am gonna stamp!!

I have some projects that need to get designed and done before my box of Goodies arrives from Stampin Up!...I received an e-mail last week, an invitation to be a Display Stamper for Leadership 2008 in Palm Springs, now I just need to decide if I am actually going to Palm Springs to see my samples on the display boards, like I did at Convention, or if I am gonna sit this one out...Don't worry I already accepted the invitation to be a Display Stamper...I wasn't letting that opportunity pass me by! One of the things that I really enjoyed at convention this year was seeing people look at the cards and scrapbook pages that I made and eeewwwwing and aaahhhing over them, it really made me feel good...Kinda like being a fly on the wall, cause no one knew who made them, except ME.

I will have a TON of stuff to make for Leadership and a deadline to meet...I LOVE being a Display Stamper, but sometimes the deadline just messes up my MOJO, and other times it is the inspiration I need to get stuff done...So we will see how this deadline goes once I get some new stamps to play with...

Okay...here is another Christmas Card from my class...

Enjoy and check back tomorrow...

October 11...Titles are hard...

Titles are hard for me to come up with, so I am just going to start putting the date up there...Okay...no more pressure to come up with something cute, whimsical or witty to catch your attention and draw you in...just plain and simple...the date I posted...

Here is the card for today...again it was created for my Christmas Card Class that is coming up early next month...please let me know if you would like more info about it...

This is a more modern Christmas Card...but it is REALLY CUTE and I liked how it turned out. Again I used the Punch Pals stamp set, I just added a background stamp and some Christmas words from the Many Merry Messages stamp set. I used the Coluzzle to cut out the circle and used the Crafters Tool Kit for the Paper Piercing...cute...Cute...CUTE!!! Check back tomorrow for another card...

Summer Hiatius is OVER...on with the SHOW...

I know...I know...I haven't dropped off the face of the Earth...I have just been SUPER BUSY and haven't had time to stamp AT ALL...until last Sunday...so I am going to show ya'll bit by bit what I created...

I even got to stamp a bit last night for a swap that I joined...not tonight though...I have shows coming on...that I HAVE to watch...I do DVR them, so I don't have to watch the commercials...just FF through them...LOVE THAT...but it still takes a bit to get through them all...ANYWAY...I know you didn't pop in here to hear about my TV shows...you came to see cards...so here is the first one...

This is a 3x6 card that I designed for my Christmas Card Class...if you would like the class details, just send me an e-mail and I will get them to you...All six cards for this class use the Punch Pals stamp set...they are SO CUTE...even if I do say so for my self...

Some other news...if ya'll remember back to earlier this year I had said that I was choosen for the Design Team (as a Display Stamper) for the 2007 Stampin' Up! Convention...well, I sent in samples again, to hopefully be choosen as a Leadership 2008 Display Stamper...YEAH ME...I got an e-mail saying that I got picked...YEAH...The hardest part about this is not showing or talking about what I am designing...I can't show ANYONE...but I LOVE doing it...so I will keep submitting samples, and I sure hope that they keep picking my name out of the hat!!
